Atlanta Headshots: 3 Ways to Make Your Headshots FUN!
Before I talk about fun headshots in Atlanta, there’s something we need to discuss. Listen, I'm not here to badger you with the whole "First Impressions Matter" blabbity blah blah… (because you truly should know that by now) but I am going to badger you about so many other things. Not all at once. It'll be a slow trickle of badgering so as to spread it out over a reasonable amount of time.
I'm going to start with your profile photo. For those who have one that is less than 2 years old and isn't a snapshot or a cropped selfie, you're dismissed from this particular badgering session. Move along. *pats you on the head* Here, take a lollipop.
The rest of you, *side eyes the group*, have a seat. Do you realize how painless and, dare I say, enjoyable this can be for you? Surely you are up for some pain-free and fun times. Who isn't, amirite?
Why do you insist on making this a “thing” when it really doesn’t need to be? Listen, I am fun. I have a camera. I take pretty pictures. You need a new headshot. Let me make you smile and give you a fresh look for your profiles, website, marketing materials, dating apps… whatever, man. I don’t judge. I’m just here to help.
How can we make this fun for you? Because I want it to be enjoyable. I’m going to make a few suggestions here:
1. Have an attitude of gratitude, my friend.
This can apply to just about anything in your life but let’s talk about being grateful that you get to show up and represent yourself and your business. And when you show up with that attitude, you’ll exude happy, positiveness like a rainbow colored unicorn. And who doesn’t love a rainbow colored unicorn? NO ONE. And if they don’t, we don’t want them anyway. Pff.
2. Listen to your favorite songs
Music = life in my world. When I listen to my favorite music (all day e’ry day round here) I’m happier. When you’re truly feeling the positive vibes, we are going to rock your session. Again, when you are feelin’ yourself, it shows in your photos.
3. SMILE… even if you’re not feeling it.
Ever heard the expression “Fake it till you make it”? It’s quite true here. I promise to do everything in my power to make you laugh. I talk nonstop behind the lens because I know I can make you feel comfortable. I’m a communicator...it’s what I do. If you don’t laugh when I’m taking your photos, I’ll buy you a pony.
